Job Description

As the Human Resources Manager at Mobi Klenz, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, training and development, employee relations, and benefits administration. You will work closely with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the organisation's goals and objectives.

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  3. Nurture a positive working environment and culture, and oversee employee relations and engagement.
  4. Ensure legal compliance and keep up-to-date with employment laws and regulations.
